Join us for an intimate and immersive 3-hour embroidery session designed for groups of 4 or more. 

In this workshop we will create an empowerment garment by reviving a garment we already own.

During the workshop, through a foundation of meditation, embroidery and brainstorming we will create a personalized script that represents one's empowerment slogan.

During the session, you'll:

• Learn fundamental embroidery techniques.
• Engage in mindfulness exercises to inspire creativity and relaxation.
• Design and create a unique garment 

Please bring one cotton-mix item (e.g. t-shirt, shirt, tote bag) to upcycle and give new life. Stretchy fabrics are not recommended.
