Below are some common questions about our products
At Appcycled, we specialize in sustainable fashion, creative reuse, and upcycling. Some fabrics or garments may have a vintage origin and have been previously worn, but rest assured, they undergo thorough sanitization and reimagining to create something entirely new. You can find the complete story, composition, and origin of each item in the product details. We believe in transparency, allowing you to explore the unique journey behind every piece!
At Appcycled, we collaborate with various designers, and as a result, sizing can vary between different brands. To ensure you find the perfect fit, each product features a detailed size guide either in the product description or accompanied by images. We strive to provide clarity on sizing, including information on the model's size and height, offering insights into the garment's fit and appearance when worn.

Since our items are often unique and limited, we don't offer reservations.
"Made to order" or "Preorder" indicates that the product is crafted specifically for you after the order is placed. This ensures a more sustainable production process, and the estimated time for making and shipping is defined by the designer in each product description.

To place an order, simply browse our curated collection, select your favorite items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to provide shipping information and complete your purchase.
No, all you need is an email address to place and track orders. But to checkout faster and order updates, we recommend setting up a Appcycled account.
We accept major credit cards including American Express and Union Pay, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. Choose the option that suits you best during the checkout process.
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If you have any request about your order contact us at customerservice@appcycled.com
Your order will be thoughtfully packaged to protect your items. If the designer includes branded boxes or bags, those will be included.
We're committed to minimizing our environmental footprint, using resources efficiently for packaging and transportation, ensuring both integrity and sustainability.
The shipping time for your order depends on the type of product and the designer. For products already in stock, the shipment will occur within 3 business days from the order.
In the case of made-to-order products, the shipment will take place within a period of two to four weeks, depending on the artisan. You can discover precise shipping estimates for each item in the 'Shipping' section on the product page.
Please note that orders placed after 3 pm CET will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment.
Shipping fees vary based on the location and method. Shipping is free in EU over € 250.
Flat standard shipping rates (usually takes up to 5 working days):
- Italy & EU €10
For express shipment (usually takes up to 2 working days):
- Italy & EU €15
- UK, Norway & Switzerland: € 30 (duty fees are not included)
You can view the final shipping costs in the checkout section before making the payment.
For international destinations, we typically don't ship outside the list above. However, if you're truly enchanted by Appcycled items, reach out, and we'll promptly provide you with the price and shipping rate. 💚
Shipping times fluctuate based on your location. For standard shipping within the EU, expect around 4-5 business days, with a possible extra day for islands.
Express shipping is usually quicker, taking 1-2 business days, with a similar potential addition for islands and remote areas.

Be mindful that delivery times might vary due to factors like incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or unforeseen events. Please note that our couriers don't operate on weekends and public holidays.
Delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding in such instances.
Your unique finds are shipped directly from our talented designers. Each piece comes from the designer's location, making your order a direct connection to their craft. Since items might be sourced from different creators, your order could arrive in separate packages.
Within the EU, we operate on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This includes all relevant import taxes and duties in the final purchase price.
If you're shipping outside the EU to a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination, product prices exclude taxes and duties. Upon arrival, you'll be responsible for handling any applicable import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. This ensures a smooth customs clearance for your order.
In the rare case of a lost shipment, Appcycled is not responsible for associated costs. Any issues of this nature should be addressed directly with the carrier.
We offer a refund on any items returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date, excluding any delivery costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Once your return has been received, it can take up to 5 business days to process. As soon as it's accepted, we'll send you a confirmation email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, made to order or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
