Join us for a unique 3-hour experience dedicated to creative embroidery and mindfulness. In this workshop, we'll transform old garments into powerful statements of empowerment. You'll learn to identify and channel your emotions through embroidery, combining design techniques with mindfulness exercises. By the end of the session, you'll create a customized garment with your own empowering slogan, giving new life to your wardrobe.
We ask you to bring 1 item to upcycle - a cotton-mix textile (not too stretchy), like a t-shirt, shirt, a tote bag or similar.
What's Provided: Embroidery materials, guidance on techniques, and a relaxing, inspiring environment
Sip: A snack and something to drink are included!
