Join us for an intimate and immersive 3-hour embroidery session designed for groups of 4 or more. Together, we’ll transform old garments into personalized works of art, using embroidery to express our inner emotions and messages of strength.

During the session, you'll:

• Learn fundamental embroidery techniques.
• Engage in mindfulness exercises to inspire creativity and relaxation.
• Design and create a unique garment 

Please bring one cotton-mix item (e.g. t-shirt, shirt, tote bag) to upcycle and give new life. Stretchy fabrics are not recommended.
