On February 10th and 11th, 2023, Appcycled, the first Italian upcycled fashion marketplace, will participate in the event at Base Milano.
CIRCULAR MILAN - The City that Reduces, Recovers, and Recycles: an event dedicated to circular fashion and design in the city.
The event, aimed at promoting a sustainable development model, is a free initiative organized by the Municipality of Milan as part of the Air-Climate Plan, co-created with 100 entities already active in Milan in the circular economy within the fashion and design sector.
For two days, there will be exhibitions of products and technologies, expert testimonials, presentations, and practical workshops.
It will be an opportunity to discover how the fashion and design world is facing the challenge of the circular economy in the city and what is happening in other European metropolises.
From 2:00 PM on Friday, February 10, until 7:00 PM on Saturday, February 11, the program offers 40 talks organized into 8 thematic sessions, 50 exhibitors, and an area dedicated to interactive workshops.
Appcycled will be present with a booth to introduce its upcycled fashion designers and showcase the wonderful products resulting from the creative recycling of textile items, reworked to generate unique and unrepeatable pieces.
