Every year, that moment comes when there's a frenzy for Christmas gifts. And we end up buying the same things (who has never given or received dubiously tasteful socks?)... A rush for low-quality consumption, a true waste of money on often unnecessary items that will remain locked in drawers for years to come.
At Appcycled, we have set out to provide an ethical and creative alternative to the need for gifts, and this year 2022, Milanese Christmas becomes 100% Artisanal and Upcycled.
From December 16th to 20th 2022, "Thank God It's Sustainable" opens to the public, the pop-up store launched in collaboration with TA-DAAN at Pollice Art light lab, Via Guido d'Arezzo 11A in Milan (MM Pagano stop).
An unmissable opportunity for Christmas shopping, choosing from unique (in every sense of the word) and sustainable gifts. You can personally get to know the faces and stories of the artisans and designers behind each product, immersing yourself in the "behind the scenes" of their creative and production process.
Who is TA-DAAN?
TA-DAAN is the content e-commerce community-based contemporary craftsmanship platform that since 2020 promotes and supports the work of young and talented makers. With the TA-DAAN Shop, the typically offline world of craft workshops is brought online and made accessible worldwide. Curated with taste and dedication by the startup, the selection of handmade products available on the Shop is contemporary, cool, fresh, and sustainable. Their slow and ethical production makes them a valuable investment for every customer and for the planet.
